Regarding putting on weight, it depends what you eat and what your metabolism is like. But why worry, you can just fast for another day or so on some other occasion, or eat healthier foods when not fasting.

One point I did was planned my fasts AROUND EVENTS and they were short fasts (I really can't see the point in doing long ones for weight loss). You should not have planned a fast on a day you needed to eat.
By the way, if this is the same boyfriend as the one you mentioned in
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1237824#i? If so, I suggest you dump him and find another. In fact I just read, everyone advised to do dump him before. You are not still with him are you?
I also saw that you were 163
pounds and want to get to 103 pounds. What is your weight now, and what is your height please? I am also wondering why you are doing alternating dry and water fasts, what is the reason for this choice?
