Hi Pepe,
I've followed your posts with interest. I'm hoping you can give me some quick advice.
I went 15 days on the Master-Cleanse but had a weak moment and ate some solid food in the evening. I've since drunk senna and intend to do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning.
Do you think it's worth it to continue doing the MC, or does this error mean restarting? Would it be better to wean myself off using the usual procedure from this point? I hoped to go 21 days this time.

This is a reply to # 1,302,443I'm sure Pepe will get back to you on this.
However, I just wanted to say that you should really only be doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on an empty stomach.
Whether you go back to the Master-Cleanse or not, you will still be "restarting" as your digestive system will need time to settle and cease again.
Pepe might have a different answer for you, but I would recommend doing fresh orange juice for at least 2 days and then determine whether you want to wean back into solids or go back to lemonades.

You're not going to hurt anything if you continue. Your system had been in ketosis for a good while. How much will it affect your cleanse? It would depend on what and how much you ate but even knowing that there really is not going to be any hard answers. What's done is done and at this point I would say roll with your intuition. If you decide to continue figure adding a few extra days if you had a particular goal.
