Mixed it with some apple juice and barley powder stuff....wasn't bad at all. I was really surprised and HAPPY !!! Can't wait to see what happens. I think I'm obsessing. I had to use a public bathroom the other day and was very upset that I might miss something. hehe

This is a reply to # 130,226i did epsom salt, it worked for me. once i took the 2nd dose of q-10 it was maybe 30 min. and i was passing them.

This is a reply to # 130,251Wow that's really fast..I wasn't expecting to see anything until a few days for some reason. Well time will tell...I took it at almost 9AM and its almost 4PM and nothing yet. I know I'm gonna freak too when I see them. I've been on Clarkia for 10 days so far also. I'm having no problems with BM's so I think I'll wait on the Epson (as fond as I am of that lovely taste...HA...NOT).
I was just reading your other post. Pretty exciting !!! Good for you. Doesn't it feel great when you know you're doing what your body wants to help it heal. Hooray !!

This is a reply to # 130,257yes, it feels good, but this scares me too. i want to go get more co-q 10 and keep taking it till they are gone. friday was my last dose, and im passing the mother worms. i was pretty upset last night, wondering how much more is in me. it amazes me, and yet, it makes me feel as if im a dirty person somehow. is that what this means? im not dirty! im a cleaning lady, i clean clean clean.
