Maybe I should rephrase my subject line... seems that many don't think it's a scam if some people actually get their order. I have NO idea what percentage of their orders are going through, and how many are getting lost. But obviously the less arguable subject line would be ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I am so happy that YOU got your order... But they that does not change my mind that they are a shotty business since there IS no phone number (the old one doesn't work and has been disconnected) and all my emails are NOT ANSWERED, and I've emailed every email address on their site.
I don't think they LOST my order, because they sure as heck had no problem TAKING MY MONEY.

And let me guess... there was no customer service phone number with the order you received, correct? If on the off chance there was, please let me know... but somehow I doubt there is one.

Oh, and I forgot to say, but I put that I hadnt' received my order from July in the subject line of my emails too... doesn't matter. I don't think they are looking at or care about emails... just new business. Lovely.
