I have just done my first enema, and it didnt work, what did I do wrong, it took me ages to prepare, I thought it would by easy.
this is what I did.
1. sterilized equipment using milton.
2. slightly warmed 2 litres distilled water (body temp then put 2 tsp Sea Salt
3. positioned bag 2 1/2 feet of floor.
4. layed on back raised bottom about 6 inches, inserted nozzle right in
5. when I turned tap on felt like water was going down my back, I thought I had only a small leak so just carried on. water came out incredibly slowly.
when I had used 1/2 of the water in bag, I still didnt feel anything so I thought I would check to see wether I had taken in any water. sat on toilet and hardly anything came out.
realised that loads of water had leaked so thats where it went, on my floor.
I checked nozzle and it isnt leaking, so why when fully inserted did water come out.
I really want it to work so any help appreciated.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,301,165I do coffee enemas, with a bucket and a long tube, from sawilsons.com. I lie on my left side to put the 101 - 103 degree F. coffee in, up to a count of 6 each time I open the valve (with the tube a foot or so up in there). It takes 15 minutes or so for all the coffee to go in (then I lie on my left side for another 20 minutes).

This is a reply to # 1,301,316thankyou, did you say you insert a foot in ? is that not too much? my nozzle is only just under 2 inches is that too short and could that be why it leaked?- Re: enema leaked peggyaus

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,301,355Was the end of the hose safely inside your anus or did it pop out? If it popped out, that's definitely the cause of your problem. If it did not pop out, you have a leak in either the bag or the hose, and that is easily tested by filling up the bag and putting the hose into the sink and switch off the valve and see where water is coming out from. It should be coming out of the hose nozzle only.
With my kit, I put the nozzle in to me about 3 inches only and that's enough to stay in safely. I have had the pop out situation occur to me once. What a waste. Sorry it went wrong your first time.

This is a reply to # 1,301,672thankyou, yes I checked the nozzle to make sure it was coming out ok and not leaking anywhere, when i tried it in the sink it flowed fine, but when I put it in the water in the bag hardly went down, so i am wandering if I have a blockage or somthing was blocking the nozzle inside making the water come straight out.
I read somewhere on curezone that someone used the vagina douche nozzle cause it was longer mine is about 3 1/4 inches would this be worth a try? I will try again today.

With the bag full of water turn the tap on and try closing the nozzle orifice by putting your finger over it and see of there any leak at one of the joint by the nozzle or close to the bag.
Using a vaginal douche nozzle just gives you deeper penetration of the nozzle which should not be necessary.

This is a reply to # 1,301,355I use a bucket with a long tube from sawilsons.com instead of a regular enema bag - and I do put it in a foot. It's not big at the end either, I think it's much easier to use and to clean than a bag. And their organic coffee is grown just for enemas.
