The symptoms you described can be caused by toxic mold exposures. I would suggest having a sample of that plaster ceiling tested at a lab. Then you would know exactly what you inhaled. You should also have them test for asbestos as well as mold. When you were scraping it all off did you take any precautions to prevent the dust, spores from spreading throughout the home? Whatever it is probably is spread around your home. If you don't already have one I would get an air cleaner and a vacuum with a HEPA filter, to capture the allergens out of your breathing environment.
There is a mast blood test Dr. Marinkovich used to have done to identify which antibodies were fighting which antigens in your body, thereby identifying the molds affecting you. But, since he died I'm not sure which docotrs have access to it.
The important thing is to clean your breathing environment of all mold and other allergens and toxins, to prevent any more entering your body. Then antifungals and detoxification , like chlorophyllin, can be used to get the mold and mycotoxins out of your body.
