I have done over 30 Liver Flushes and about 6 Colon Cleanses in the last three years. I am living a much healthier life and for the most part I feel better than I ever have. I don't feel so bloated, uncomfortable and restless.
However, the main reason I started flushing and cleansing was to get rid of my severe allergies. I also thought my blood pressure would improve. Neither of these have occurred. My allergies are still bad and my blood pressure is still high.
The last three Liver Flushes have resulted in no stones, so I am researching other possibilities. Someone in the Liver Flush Forum mentioned that building up the adernal glands was the way to deal with allergies.
Has anyone heard of this? If so, where do I start? What do I try first.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,295,635Generally yes. If there is an adrenal tumor though the adrneals can kick out excessive epinephrine leading to excessively high blood pressure. Though there would also be an abnormally high pulse rate as well.

People with adrenal fatigue don't always have low blood pressure, just usually. My blood pressure was high and I have severe adrenal fatigue (also with many new allergies). I don't think I have a tumor on my adrenal glands, though I suppose that is an interesting theory to discuss with my doc. Still, over the last few years my bp has normalized to the point of only being on 2.5 mg of bp med from 20 mg. I have lost 80 pounds which is part of that. And I eat VERY healthy foods, almost no grains, lots of fruits and veggies, no Sugar or caffeine.
I read a book that I think is called "Adrenal Fatigue: the 21st Century Syndrome" in which it was written that usually people with it have low bp but it is possible to have it with high bp.
