I have done over 30 Liver Flushes and about 6 Colon Cleanses in the last three years. I am living a much healthier life and for the most part I feel better than I ever have. I don't feel so bloated, uncomfortable and restless.

However, the main reason I started flushing and cleansing was to get rid of my severe allergies. I also thought my blood pressure would improve. Neither of these have occurred. My allergies are still bad and my blood pressure is still high.

The last three Liver Flushes have resulted in no stones, so I am researching other possibilities. Someone in the Liver Flush Forum mentioned that building up the adernal glands was the way to deal with allergies.

Has anyone heard of this? If so, where do I start? What do I try first.
