The Two Confusions of Natural Healing.
There are two things that cause quite a bit of confusion when applying Natural Healing protocols.
The first is Order of Cleansing. The second is Phase nutrition.
These two things are what give Natural Healing mixed reviews.
The first is Order of Cleansing. The second fundamental of the Natural Healing Paradigm is to clean the body of all the poisons and debris its picked up over the years. In order to do that, the cleansing has to follow a specific order.
That order is: Colon, liver, blood, lymphatics, and cells. The cleansing MUST be done in that order. The ONLY exception is “terminal”. In that case we start with the liver.
The colon must be reseeded with the proper good germs that allow complete digestion. The musculature must be “awakened” so the food will move through the colon properly. And the accumulated debris must be dissolved off the colon wall so you can absorb sufficient nutrition. Those three things are easy to do and resolve most problems.
The liver must have the parasites eliminated. (I’ve never seen anyone who was seriously ill that did NOT have parasites in their liver and colon). And the liver must be decongested. Which is the key to regaining your health if seriously ill.
Here’s the problem. If the liver is NOT decongested you won’t get the benefit of all the great nutrition. Good nutrition cleans the body on a cellular level. The first step in good nutrition is the cleansing process. So first, the cell will purge itself of accumulated poisons and debris. That has to happen before the cell can rebuild and elevate its health.
When the cell purges, the poisons go into the blood to be processed out by the liver. The liver IS your bodies main filter and if it’s congested those poisons released by the cells have nowhere to go, and while they are in your blood you WILL be sicker than before you did the good nutrition to clean the cells and supposedly make you healthier in the first place. Make sense???
Consequently, the positive results of what one nutritional product did for one person doesn’t necessarily do the same for another. It makes the other person worse. Which doesn’t make sense until you understand the order of cleansing.
One persons liver was uncongested, the other persons was congested. If the liver is not congested you will get excellent results with most nutritional products. There are a wide variety of very good Superfoods, herbal regimes and just good nutrition available and I highly recommend people try them.
If they don’t work, and make you feel worse, you’ve got some work to do on your liver.
In order to adequately clean the liver it has to be cleared of parasites first. Any good antiparasite program MUST be done daily for at least 3 months and then every third day for at least a year. Don’t even think about doing any less than that.
Once the liver is on its way to having the parasites eliminated you can start the decongestion process. Don’t attempt to decongest the liver until at least two weeks into a good antiparasite protocol.
Liver decongestion is accomplished via the infamous liver flush. There are several different flushes to choose from. The main ones are: The Dr. Hulda Clark liver flush. The Andrew Moritz flush and the old standby Coke, lemon, and olive oil flush.
Once the liver is decongested you can immediately start consuming the Superfoods and other great herbs and nutrition and they will actually do your body some good. And you’ll then have the good results from the nutrition others have.
So the first “confusion” in Natural Healing comes from the improper order of cleansing. Until the liver is back on line the cellular cleaning that takes place from the good nutrition will not be possible. With the liver congested the poisons will just rotate back into the cells. And while those poisons are in your blood you will NOT feel good.
Fortunately, all most people need is a good colon cleanse and a few hints on diet and they come right around - they’re health returns. But for the seriously ill or even “terminal” people liver decongestion is the main procedure that will save you. Again, liver decongestion HAS to be preceded by an antiparasite protocol.
After the colon and liver are clean the blood and lymph automatically start getting cleaned. The blood and lymph are the transport medium to take the waste from the cells to be processed out by the liver. And once that is accomplished the cells can actually rebuild to their normal youthful state.
The second “confusion” comes from what I term “Phase Nutrition”.
During the recovery process the body goes through three distinct phases of nutritional requirements. The three phase of recovery are: 1. The cleaning phase. 2. The healing phase. And 3. The rebuilding phase. And each of these phases has different nutritional requirements.
This is where most of the controversy regarding nutrition comes from. Who’s right, the vegetarians or the meat eaters? Both are.
During the Cleansing phase of recovery the body requires the cleaning capabilities of the fruits and vegetables. Eat plenty of them. Your body does NOT want, and cannot use, the heavy proteins and starchy carbos at this time. It needs to clean and eliminate poisons. The vegetarian way is the way to do that. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, juice, raw foods, the good Superfoods and herbal cleansing and feeding products. You won’t be hungry for the meat proteins and starchy carbos anyway at this time.
Once you get past the cleaning phase, and the length of time that takes is a bit different for everyone, and also depends on how far south your health has deteriorated, you transition into the healing phase.
The healing phase is characterized by loss of appetite and what seems like too much sleep. You can’t wake up. Only this time it’s a good fatigue. And the only way I can explain that is if you’ve already been through it. It’s not a “burn out” fatigue, or a panic fatigue. It’s a genuine tiredness that you know only sleep will resolve.
During this phase of recovery concentrate on keeping your body clean with your diet. Get plenty of sleep and quit beating yourself up about feeling so lazy. It’s a very important part of the recovery process. The length of time it takes varies greatly from one individual to another so be patient with yourself and allow the healing to happen. Give yourself some of that love and kindness you so freely give to others.
The organs are actually healing at this time. They DON’T need a lot of work to do, so keep your diet simple. Plenty of distilled water, good oils and light foods. The fruits are great at this stage of recovery.
When you come out of the healing phase you’ll know it. You’ll get your appitite back and you’ll be hungry for proteins. Now it’s time to rebuild.
Put away all your prejudices, all your dogma and get your mind open. The nutrition required to allow the cleaning and healing to happen is not sufficient to rebuild. You’re going to need some animal proteins. Even organ meats.
The human body is made of protein. The building blocks of the structure of the body is protein. Don’t deny those proteins to your body.
Add meat to your diet slowly. Eat the non-hormonal meats, even dairy. Chicken, turkey, fish, beef, pork, even the lunchmeats and sausages. Your body needs these proteins to rebuild itself. The sausages contain the organ meats. The organs need the RNA and DNA of other organ meats to rebuild. You can get supplements for that if you don’t like the sausages. But you’ll need some animal proteins to rebuild. Sorry.
The vegetarian way is great at cleaning and healing but it doesn’t have the protein building blocks necessary to actually rebuild the human body. Unfortunately if your health has deteriorated to the point where they pronounce you “terminal”, you’ll need some protein in the rebuilding phase of your recovery.
I know the vegetarian theory makes sense. I know what the comparison studies say. It all sounds so good and so easy. But the practical reality is you need proteins to rebuild. That’s what I personally went through, and everyone that I’ve seen recover from “terminal” go through. There comes a time when animal products are essential.
Of course the vegetables and fruits are good for you so keep eating them but don’t be so closed minded that you think you can be totally healthy without some animal protein. Don’t be dogmatic about this. And again, I’ve heard ALL the controversy for many, many years.
I’ve personally been there (terminal), and during the recovery I needed the protein. And for the last 8 years teaching the NHP to very sick people, they also needed the protein in the rebuilding phase of recovery.
So, I’m not against the vegetarian way, nor am I against the high protein way. The key to recovering your health lies in the proper placement and use of each.
The two confusions are:
1. Order of cleansing: Colon, liver, blood, lymphatics, and cells.
2. Phase nutrition: The different nutritional requirements during the three phases of recovery.
There’s one more thing to consider when studying and applying Natural Healing.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
People tend to make thing complicated, magical and mystical. Tend to get lost in all the details. So keep it simple, keep your eye on the fundamentals and go for it. There’s no dogma in Natural Healing. No “belief” required. The fundamentals it operates under are found in any good Anatomy and Physiology book. Most of the structural, cleansing, and nutritional requirements have been available for a long time now and are very well known.
Elevated health is the ONLY thing that eliminates diseases. Learn the fundamentals well, apply them and you just may get all the way up to “normal” youthful health.
