Also it is OK to take Grapefruit-Seed-Extract with probiotics at the same time. I heard Grapefruit-Seed-Extract may kill the good biotics as well.

  never heard of it, but judging from the vague description of ingrediants, it's basically a mix of pre- and probiotics. you can buy these anywhere.
