He gave me some new medicine. He said it was slightly stronger than last time although once again I forgot to ask for the exact ingredients. Like Montreal's doc he too puts the problem down to stomach/spleen problems and also said that acupuncture may help but unfortunately I don't have the cash for this at the moment.

I'm hopeful that this may help but also think there may be something else in addition to the stomach problem. (Possibly Candida?)
