Sounds like you have nice places to walk.
I'll give you a bit more and you can try it out.
I read about this some time ago in a booklet and its called "Take a walk".
It was referred to as a remedy for many things including headaches, inability to sleep, feeling out of sorts etc.
I use to do this at nite when I had a time of not sleeping well.
It just said to go out for a walk around the block for a good twenty minutes or more till you feel better.
As your walking notice things in the environment like the ground, trees, houses, the sky, anything really and keep doing this as you walk.
The speed of walking is not important.
If you start to feel a little tiredness you should continue until this passes until you feel bright and alert.
That's it really.
So its just walk and look at stuff till you feel noticeably better.
This is really good to do for anybody that looks at a computer screen for long periods of time.
