I'm a novice also and just ordered Humacleanse with the Humaworm. Read the "Ask Humaworm" forum for answers. I spent much of two days reading them and this will be my protocall:

Plain Liver Flush (Clarks/Humaworms),Saturady/Sunday
Humaworm and Humacleanse, 30 days
kidney cleanse (Clarks or Andreas), 3-4 weeks
Plain Liver Flush

I will do several more Liver Flushes to obtain 6-8 per year or until all of my stones are gone

Start above cycle over in 90 days

The Ask Humaworm forums seem to be the most active with Humaworm answering questions. He seems very knowledgable. I may try Oxi-Powder next time though.
