I have read that "bile" taste in the mouth is one of the clearest signs of liver/gallbladder congestion.
I did another flush last night (28th I think). I got out about a 1/2 cup of tan, waxy sludge. I think using the heating pad so regularly have helped soften the stones down to sludge instead of coming out as stones. Just speculating here.
I still get the bile taste in my mouth which tells me that my liver and gallbladder are still highly congested so I'll keep flushing.
Could anyone help me understand what is the physiological mechanism that allows one with liver/gallbladder congestion to actually "taste" bile in the mouth?
