MoreThis is a reply to # 128,579Hi. I`ve done the flushes several times and my personal experience is that it increases menstrual cramps quite a bit! To be honest, it can be excruciating... I think it has to do with the large amount of Epsom Salts . I usually wait till my period is over! Good luck!

MoreThis is a reply to # 128,579I have done 3 flushes & two were during that time of the month.. I did not have any thing extra except the 2 that I did during that time were better then the one I did not during that time.. I guess everyone is different.. I would not keep from doing a flush just because you have it.

This is a reply to # 128,598PTree, interesting thought. I chart my temp and I noticed that the flush is causing my period to come late (just did flush little over 1 week ago). I performed the flush prior to ovulation. It definitely does do something to a woman's system, I can vouch for that. Your comment makes the most sense to me, I think I went about it the wrong way, "purging" when my body was trying to build up.
