Actually, i'm doing the coffee enema to get rid of a mild but persistant Acne on my back. And i hear that Gurgle in the Gallbladder area almost everytime. Initially i had problems, but now i've increased the strength of the coffee and the volume too to about 750 ml. It takes me 20-25 minutes to hear my gallbladder empty. yeah i was wondering if the coffee enema was used for some specific purpose only. Like some kind of heavy metal accumulation. I don't want to go on doing them needlessly. I'm doing about 2 times a week now. Please do post any info on this. Thanks.
