Take as much water as you need, just make sure water is clean & pure, natural.

You can also dissolve magnesium in larger amount of water.

Our intestines will absorb more magnesum from less concentrated sollution. The more concentrated magnesium sollution is, the less it will be absorbed, and the less of it will reach our liver and our bile ducts, meaning that it will not be able do help in flexibility of bile ducts.

Do not take extra water at least 90 min before you take the oil mixture, and do not take extra water at least 3 hours after you take the oil mixture.
