The Constitution is the law of the land. The Declaration simply sets forth the principles by which the colonists wished to separate themselves from Britain's rule. It has no force of law.
According to Wikiedia, "The United States Declaration of Independence is a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, announcing that the thirteen American colonies then at war with Great Britain were no longer a part of the British Empire. Written primarily by Thomas Jefferson, the Declaration is a formal explanation of why Congress had voted on July 2 to declare independence from Great Britain, more than a year after the outbreak of the American Revolutionary War."
"The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the United States. It provides the framework for the organization of the United States Government. The document defines the three main branches of the government: The legislative branch with a bicameral Congress, an executive branch led by the President, and a judicial branch headed by the Supreme Court. In other words, the Declaration was the colonists' manifesto of separation from Britain, and the theoretical basis for America's desire to be a sovereign nation. The Constitution, on the other hand, was the legal framework for the new nation, and is the basis for all laws enacted in the U.S. Any laws that are not in agreement with the Constitution are considered, by the Supreme Court, to be "unconstitutional" and therefore null and void. No judicial decisions are ever based on their agreement or disagreement with the Declaration of Independence.

The Declaration does not "supersede" the Constitution in any way, shape or form (if you really believe this, perhaps you can link to some constitutional scholars that actually support this view). Furthermore, even if you consider the Declaration to be "a priori" to the Constitution, the Declaration did not make any mention of the Ten Commandment, the Bible, or any Judeo-Christian religious principles:

To go further, the author of the Declaration, Thomas Jefferson, was no Christian. He can be described as a Deist, one who believed that god was present in all things, but who did not believe in what most of us consider to be Christian tenets, such as the divinity of Christ, the Virgin Birth, or the miracles that Christ supposedly performed. He was one of the staunchest supporters of the doctrine of the separation of church and state, and he had much to say about religious tolerance, religion as the basis for common law, the evils of organized religion, and the particular evils of Christianity:

Jefferson even published his own version of the New Testament, in which all the references to Jesus' miracles and divinity were deleted, leaving only the moral teachings of Jesus, which Jefferson described as the "outlines of a system of the most sublime morality which has ever fallen from the lips of man." So, for Jefferson, morality had nothing to do with Christianity or the Ten Commandments; it derived from "a creator", but had nothing to do with any dogma or religious text, but were inherent in human nature, and was either adhered to by humans, or ignored according to their own inclinations:
"Egoism, in a broader sense, has been... presented as the source of moral action. It has been said that we feed the hungry, clothe the naked, bind up the wounds of the man beaten by thieves, pour oil and wine into them, set him on our own beast and bring him to the inn, because we receive ourselves pleasure from these acts... These good acts give us pleasure, but how happens it that they give us pleasure? Because nature hath implanted in our breasts a love of others, a sense of duty to them, a moral instinct, in short, which prompts us irresistibly to feel and to succor their distresses... The Creator would indeed have been a bungling artist had he intended man for a social animal without planting in him social dispositions.
