With so many people touting the benefits of colon cleansing, my desire to do one myself is growing daily. However, I have some reservations about the products in question.

Oxypowder is among the best colon cleansing products out there. I'm eager to try it but not too excited about the "butt pee" that it creates. That's why I'm thinking of using it with psyllium fiber. The idea behind this is that, by taking smaller doses of Oxypowder , the mucoid plaque wouldn't be liquified but rather loosened good enough so that the psyllium fiber would simply grab it and carry it on through the intestine, thus eliminating "butt pee."

That's the theory, anyway. Is it a good idea to use both simultaneously? Would the Oxypowder liquify everything, including the psyllium fiber? Would the pysllium fiber inhibit the effects of the Oxy-Powder?
