I have not written much on this message board but I have read alot and it has been such a wonderful source of information and reassurance. I just want to update my own progress after doing three successful flushes, hopefully to help someone else out there who has never done a cleanse and is as unsure and frightened as I was before my first.

I was diagnosed by ultrasound with multiple gallstones. I went to the doctor because of right upper quadrant pain that was just too much to take day after day. I knew it was my gallbladder because I have a little bit of a medical background and I suppose my body was just telling me it could be nothing else.

Anyway, I stumbled upon curezone when I was just doing some research on gallbladder surgery. I thought that was my next step and I was scared to death. Doctors do not tell you everything so I wanted as much info as possible. So, I found this sight, read as much as I could, I got Dr. Clark's book The Cure For All Diseases decided I was not having surgery and did my first flush. I got out hundreds of tiny stones and about 12 fairly big ones. I was pain free for a few days and for nearly two weeks I had NO headaches. Before, I had chronic debilitating headaches nearly every day. So this was a big deal for me. One month later, I had a few sporadic headaches and the pain was back, but not as bad, and that horrible bloated feeling was gone. My second flush again produced hundreds of stones. Both flushes so far had been completely painless. The only bad thing, as we all know, was the Epsom Salts . But if they dilate the bile ducts then I am all for them!! (One tip, Epsom Salts in water are the worst drink on the face of the earth but with grapefruit juice the are absolutely wonderful-- Ok they are still really gross, but compared to plain water, its a huge difference)

My third flush I did while in the middle of a bad gallbladder attack. I also forgot to take ornithine. Bad idea. I was up half the night in pain. I drank more epsom and a little more olive oil/ grapefruit. I finally got to sleep for a few hours and eventually passed about ten peanut sized stones- all dark green, around forty little green ones and about 5 little white ones. I had gallbladder pain for a few days after and now, about a week later my pain is gone, but I will do another flush in a few weeks. On a night I am not having an attack and I WILL NOT forget Ornithine!!! I did not realize what an important part that is!
