I will give you the bad ones first as I just did a flush last night. The worst one I would say is nausea. Some times it is worse than others. Just make sure you take orthine if you can to sleep through the night. It really helps!
The diarhea can last a few days too but it does not hurt.
The good side effects are my allergies are gone, my shoulder pain is gone, I have A LOT less pain & I have way more energy. Keep reading & you will see all of the different things that happen.
