I have followed Dr. Clark's recommendations for the liver cleanse last week. However, I thought I would speed things up and decided to do it again this week. The first time around a lot of "stones" came out and this time not as much. I suppose liver and your overall system have to make them first so that they can be flushed out.
My advice to people doing it is to follow her recommendations of doing them bi-weekly. I would also suggest getting a net of some kind and placing it on the toilet to catch everything so that later on you can examine the bowel content. If you have been diagnosed with gall bladder stones, you need to find them in your stool. The green "stones" that came out are not true stones but cholesterol globules. These are soft and greasy to touch (with surgical gloves of course). Stones in the gall bladder are calcified.
I hope this helps!
