Hi, I was hoping someone could answer some questions I have or provide their experiences. I have read a lot of previous posts that are similar, but none to be recent. I am looking for someone that has recently done a gall bladder flush.
Here is my story.
I am a 27 year old femle, about 50
pounds overweight, with one child. About 2 years ago (during pregnancy) I was having severe recurrent heartburn. I had an ultrasound done, and it was said I had "sludge" in my gallbladder causing the heartburn. They said not to worry about it at the time. A year later (1 year ago now), I started having "gall bladder attacks". They were not severe, but I was worried so I had another ultrasound. They said I now had a gall stone in my gall bladder about 1/2"
inch in diameter. I don't know if it is calcified (hard or soft). I was told I would need to have my gall bladder removed. I decided to put if off, and improved my diet. All symptoms and pains have disappeared, although my diet has gone back to being horrible (which I know I need to work on). Now even though I am not having any pain, I wanted to do something about the stone. My chiropracter recommeded a gall bladder flush, comprised of olive oil & lemon juice. After doing research, I am scared to do this. I know a lot of people had success, but a lot of people also had severe pain. I am afraid that my stone is too big to pass, and that it will get stuck.
I just want to know if someone has had a similar experience, and passed a stone 1/2
inch in diameter (about 1.27 cm) and if it was painful. how many flushes did it take, and should I fast before doing it. And which flush did you use?
If anyone can provide and information, I would be so grateful!
