Well.. i have to say it doesnt even feel Like I am fasting...

I have only had one headache and been running around as usual. Just got back from riding my son around on his bike (he was on the pegs)... It was fun!! I am buying a bike for myself! Its like my second childhood, lol.

Not hungry, not tired. No detox symptoms yet, BUT also no white tongue???

I wonder if i have been eating in my sleep?? Sleep eating?? lol

Weight is down a little but not much, strange. I guess I detoxed pretty good on my last fast, and the REAL test will come later, cause right now, seriously. I feel great!
