Hi,is there anybody out there at all,that has any idea how to kill candida in the gut without this dreaded die off reaction,i have tried everything,colon cleansers,enemas,liver flushes,gallons of water and juices even reducing the dosage to a very small amount,i am becoming very desperate as i want to be able to continue killing the candida,any kind of help would be great.

This is a reply to # 1,274,095Have you stopped eating all sugar, dairy, alcohol and yeast? I had to take Diflucan for a couple of months in addition to the diet changes.

This is a reply to # 1,274,095I had started the diet and had horrible die off and stopped. After doing research, I started again and have had little or no die off. I might feel a little achy for about 20 minutes a day and that's it! When I take my antifungal, I take a digestive enzyme high in proteases. I use Candizyme by renew life. It says to take 3 at night, but I take one with my morning antifungal and 2 with my evening antifungal. It is so wonderful not having the die off!
