Well I will probably be starting tomorrow, and several others here are fasting. I was going to start today, but rather stupidly I agreed to go for a meal in West London with someone, and now that's delayed because she has to wait in for DHL. However, I have kind of half fasted on juice for a day or so, and I have now calmed down a lot, and realised that you can do it after all!
Here's my weight ticker, which has been my little fasting log since I have started (since I am fasting mainly for weight loss!
And here is how far I am on my journey
So I have broken the back of it, but I know the last part may not be so easy. I have set a low weight as the target but I may stop somewhere when I have reached what I am happy with, and will have to see how the skin tightens up as well.
For the record, my height is 5feet 7 inches or 1.67m, and target weight 59Kg (130 pounds). I will be reasonably happy when I get to 69Kg (150 pounds). I am currently 83.5Kg (184 pounds). So quite a bit to go yet.
So today I am feeling much more optimistic, will go enjoy my last meal and then lets rock!
