thats why i mentioned the book. i would not trust the computer alone. but with charting it makes me feel very safe. the book explains very clearly when its physicly possible and impossible to get pregnant.

with both of those methods behind me i feel very safe and feel great knowing i am not pumping my body full of fake hormones and inserting or injecting other poisons in my body.
