So basically I gave in to to temptation errrrrrrrr I'm so mad at myself ) :
I didnt eat fast food or anything but still . My mom made chicken salad it had really yummy mandarin oranges,spinach, and nuts . i know its not bad for you but I'm try to clean out my body .... so here i go again but hey tomorrows a new day .. I'm not going to give up ..... I need support ...anyone else going through this ?
