I'm looking for a friend in the NYC area. I really need a supporter, someone who has done a liver flush. I'm really scared to do one by myself. I'd love it if someone would be so kind as to assist me with my first liver flush. I'm afraid that a stone might get stuck or something. I would be grateful to find a person experienced in flushing their liver and who wouldn't mind helping me out.

This is a reply to # 126,789I suffer from skin problems--acne. I ordered Leo K?'s e-book, " Acne Miracle. I have been very interested in doing the Liver Flush for some time, but am nervous. Wanted to get others' results regarding the Liver Flush and acne. Did you notice a definite improvment/change?
All experiences and any suggestions would be helpful!

This is a reply to # 126,790Yes, Tiffgirl. I only had a patch of Acne but it cleared up after my first flush. Others aren't so lucky but it seems if you keep cleansing you can clear it up. Someone in another forum on this site said that yoghurt with active culture cleared hers up. Others have success with bowel cleansing. If it's a hormonal imbalance that's causing your Acne then Liver Cleansing is a good place to start. Good luck! - Re: Liver flush and acne paint lady

This is a reply to # 126,790My daughter got immediate results from the liver flush. Within one day her Acne had cleared up and her normally pale skin was pink. Unfortunatly the results were temporary, only lasting a week. She needs to do more cleansing to see permanent results and is looking forward to it now that she has seen some change.

MoreThis is a reply to # 126,789I have been Liver Flushing for a while and have gotten some definite benefits in the areas of improved energy and digestion. My skin however is still rashy and I get Acne on my arms and back. It may take a while, but I know I'll get there. Keep flushing. It is definitely worthwhile whatever your health concerns.
