Dumping bile means producing a lot of bile and flushing out billiary tree, including contracting gallbladder and empting it.

Diarrhoea will help clean intestines and will remove the breeding ground for bacteria Salmonella typhi.

You should not eat while having fever. You should only consume natural Antibiotics - herbal tinctures, tinctures that can kill bacteria (like cloves, Wormwood , tobacco, raspberry leaves, Common Plantain (plantago major), Achillea millefolium , Triticum repens, ... ), and if you can, drink tea made from herbs that can strengthen immunity and body.
