My diet is pretty clean for the most part. I did some more research and I've figured out that the Bispenol A in composites are probably leaching out leading to my memory problems. Here's an article from Yale University:

I wish I knew about this sooner, I've been driving myself nuts trying to figure it out for YEARS. Finally, some closure. Except now, I don't know how to go about correcting this. Should I remove them, replace them... but with what?? Should I detox, do a
Liver Flush ? Can BPA even be cleared out of your system?? Did the BPA affect my hormone balance, should I use progesterone cream???
If you're sensitive to chemicals like myself, please think twice before getting composite fillings. This especially applies to you if you're female since BPA is estrogenic and disrupts your hormone balance. I think I was originally a chemical sensitive person but the fillings pushed me over the edge and messed up my memory.
I've been reading a GREAT book about this topic that's opened my eyes sooo much and wish that it was required reading for doctors. The book is Hormone Deception by Lyndsey Berkson. The idea is that in utero exposure is one of the biggest determinants on your future health. If your mother has high levels of pesticides and synthetic chemicals in her system, these chemicals cross the placenta and affect the developing fetus. This is ESPECIALLY important for women because it disrupts our hormones and leads to estrogen dominance, problems with fertility, depression, stomach problems, PCOS, etc. This also effects males: smaller testes, penis birth defects, lower sperm count, prostate cancer, etc.
I hope someone checks this book out, it changed my whole way of thinking. I'm positive that these chemicals from my in utero exposure is involved in my battle with acne.
I'm not sure which is the bigger evil now: mercury
Amalgams or composites with BPA. I say forget the dentist and get your teeth healthy and strong by eating the paleo diet way & also the weston price way.
