Hi
I hope this may help you.. I was diagnosed with testicular cancer end of 2006. I had the offending testicle removed and opted against clean up chemo and took the natural route. A cat scan 3 months later revealed metastasis to my lungs (secondary lung cancer)but I still refused the chemo. After a year of trying numerous different natural approaches (hydrotherapy, laetrile,
juicing etc..)I was still not able to stop or slow down the cancer. I must add that when taking the natural route it is highly imperative to give it 110% or you just won't cut it. I will admit that I probably gave it 75%, I am still certain that there is something that will work for everyone though, the difficulty is in finding it fast enough. To cut it short, I eventually went for intravenous vitamin C (ascorbic acid) as another resort but this proved to be the worst of the lot. I must mention that my AFP (alpha feta protein) count was rising very slowly over a year but when I started with vit c these counts escalated exponentially. From a count of 0-40 in a year, they shot up to 250 in two weeks.. I felt pain in my chest but attributed this to the treatment working. After that blood test I ceased the vit c immediately but my situation had now reached a critical point in which chemo was neccessary. The tumours in each lung had grown from 1cm to 7cm in two weeks, because of the vit C. Four months of chemo and I am clear, due to the fact that testicular cancer is highly treatable.
Ascorbic acid in large doses is highly acidic to the body and cancer loves an acidic environment.
Intravenous C is seen as a miracle cure but now that I've tried I can testify that it's not a safe option. Maybe for other certain cancers it could be beneficial but the fact is that all cancers enjoy an acidic environment but the type of vit c only used for this treatment is ascorbic acid unfortunately.
