Obama burst into celebrityhood with his brilliant and moving 2004 Democratic convention speech (#1). It turned an obscure state senator into a national figure and legitimate presidential candidate.
That should have read "turned an obscure black state senator into a national figure and presidential candidate. No way did it turn him into a legitimate candidate if qualifications mean anything. And, although Obama is actually a mere 12.5% black, he is perceived as being black and THAT novelty coupled with the speech propelled him all the way to the winning candidate. Though it is due time a black person, woman or other minority should be able and electable, the Democrats screwed the pooch when they choose Obama as far as qualifications go - and then he did the same thing when he made a "safe" choice and picked an old guard liberal as his running mate.
A Hillary Clinton and Obama ticket (with Hillary as the Presidential candidate) would have been hard to beat - though I shudder to think what your posts would have lookd like if THAT had been the case - lol. Even Obama/Hillary may have been a sure winner, but we will never know and it really matters little as you well know.
Likewise, the Republicans may have done even worse when they served up the tempestious McCain and his baggage of scandals and outbursts. The selection of Palin may turn out to be a desparate gamble that succeeds after all. At least as unqualified as Obama she is the celebrity of the moment, and as the article pointed out she only has to remain afloat for seven more weeks (and perhaps keep a few skeletons in the closet for that long).
Either way, the Bilderburg NWO crowd knows that one of their choices is going to win and they may well sit this one out now and watch the entertainment of the whole charade. But one never knows, if they decide that one candidate might not be as controllable as the other, they may step in with some hanky panky like they did at the last minute to deliver the election to Bush (the ultimately controllable candidate) over Gore.
Right now, those concerns, if any - might be a tossup between the volatile McCain and the messianic Obama.
Better hang on to those hanging chads and Diebold machines if the shadow puppemasters do decide to step in. Don't forget how easily they torpedoed Ron Paul in New Hampshire and in the press.

PS - Good article, though it is dealing in the Presidential election land of make believe.
It is widely reported on the net that Barack Hussein Obama is 50% Caucasian from his mother’s side and 43.75% Arabic and 6.25% African Negro from his father’s side. While Barack Hussein Obama’s father was from Kenya , his father’s family was mainly Arabs.. Barack Hussein Obama’s father was only 12.5% African Negro and 87.5% Arab (reportedly, his father’s birth certificate even states he’s Arab, not African Negro).
Nlow, I cannot find an actual copy of his father's birth certificate, and wonder what one from Kenya in 1936 would look like, and his father certainly looks African negro to me, it is also reported that every ancestor on his father's side has an Arabic name, because his father was officially classified as "Arab African" by the Kenyan government.
100% African tribal members of western Kenya where his father was born have Christian names, not Arabic. His father's decision to name him with an Arabic name is a matter of his father establishing his ethnic identity in Africa - it is done deliberately to ethnically separate from the African tribes.
Researching his roots reveal that on his father's side, he is descended from Arab slave traders. They operated under an extended grant from Queen Victoria, who gave them the right to continue the slave trade in exchange for helping the British defeat the Madhi Army in southern Sudan and the Upper Nile region.
I think 6.25% would be stretching it a bit, don't you? That reminds me of Tiger Woods who used to be adamnant that he was NOT black . . . until the promoters told him how much better it would be if he were.
Given that low percentage for Obama, it might be more accurate to say he would be the first Arab or Middle Eastern President if elected than the first black. Or would Kenyan Muslim be more accurate? Ruh roh!
If the above figures are true, Obama is actually more Caucasion than anything - and if not, then he is at least 50% caucasian, since that is the undisputed race of his mother. I guess you could then call him the first half-black President if elected . . .
I suppose race should not really matter - since the Presidential race itself really does not matter if you see the big picture of what is going on, except Obama himself has made his blackness a centerpoint of his candadacy.
