I suggest you start the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol only in ingestion.
Follow the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol carefully.

Actually activated and well diluted it could be sniffed up into the nose rather than inhaled and I think Humble mentions doing this this on his videos but whether this would reach the sinuses and area of infection.... Never done it myself.
I certainly wouldn't use it in a nebuliser
Maybe Colloidal Silver would be better for this though with less chance of irritation
Sniffing up Sea Salt water and sodium bicarb is what I do

I use a neti pot regularly to flush salt water through my nose. I tried putting a very mild solution of activated mms in there one time to see what would happen. It burned terribly and my nasal membranes became mildly inflamed for a day or two. So I don't recommend doing this. Now it's possible that if you could find a way to get ClO2 in solution without the acidity of the activator that it might be easier on the delicate membranes.
