You know what you could do is add exercise to the circulation section, and maybe the
Liver Flush drink with the citrus juice, garlic, ginger, and olive oil in it, (or even just the orange juice + olive oil one) and the hot lemonade with cayenne. That way you're still cleansing the liver and kidneys, but not using the supporting herbs. Garlic's really cheap, too, and works fabulously for so many things.
