It's an absolute disgrace!

Bring back the Matrons, they'd sort it out! This kind of thing would never have been allowed to happen back in the good old days. In my opinion, privatisation, hospitals employing private cleaning firms are to blame. Why is everything always down to money. Hospital cleaning should be kept 'in-house' as in the good old days.
