this is a very interesting article. i'm a newcomer to
Iodine and i'm trying to figure out how to use this and what it will do for me.
firstly, i wonder if someone could explain the gist of this article in laymans terms for me? i have cfs and fibromyalgia (though not terribly severe these days)and painful
Gallstones and a sluggish gallbladder. does the article suggest that
Iodine is simply excreted at lower dosages? why exactly is the higher more effective? am i likely to experience side effects?
i've just received my
Lugols solution which is 5mg per drop, the recommended daily dosage according to the directions. should i start with 20 drops p/d? (this local supplier can sell me only 25ml per 60 days by law, perhaps is better to take the tablets anyway?)
i have also recently begun mms and have read that the one interferes with the action of the other. perhaps i should skip the mms for now?
my cfs originated with several viruses (ross river fever, epstien barr virus, barmah forest virus, cytomegalovirus & dengue fever)so i thought mms might strengthen my immune system and destroy any remaining virus.
however, have read so much positive about
Iodine believe i should be taking this too.
so much to figure out! i would greatly appreciate any advice you might have for me.
