I have this on the right side, and I dont like surgery,so please advise me if it someone has experince cure by UT?
I drink my own urine now, but maybe I need to rub it into the area?

  I,ve neve seen an article specifically about UT and hernia, there are herbs that are supposed to help by strengthening the intestinal wall! Uts ability to help the body to heal itself would probably apply to hernias also! Here is a link for one herbal remedy for hernia!

  I had hernia surgery long ago but noticed UT makes it hurt again and read somewhere that is not recommended.
