I finished the Christopher videos (good stuff!!!) yesterday and made out a list of everything mentioned to do the IP. Here's what I've got:
Dr.
Richard Schulze Incurables Program kit (includes how-to book)- available at
http://www.herbdoc.com
Dr.
Richard Schulze Cayenne tincture- I prefer this to powdered cayenne, b/c regular grocery store cayenne usually isn't hot enough. This stuff is a MUST or you might as well not do the IP.
Dr.
Richard Schulze Nerve tincture- also a MUST in order to do the Cold Sheet Treatments. This stuff is great for relaxing my leg muscles enough so I can sleep at night, as well.
BF&C- called Complete Tissue and Bone on Dr. Christopher's Herb Shop website
http://www.drchristophersherbshop.com/Products.html
and BF&C if you get it from MH/Barefoot
http://www.barefootherbalistmh.com/
I don't know who I want to go with, yet. I know Dr. Christopher's has bulk herbs by the pound, and I assume Barefoot does. I do know Barefoot has BF&C already made up into capsules. I've used it, and it's good stuff. But I need the bulk herbs to make tea with and to do the herbal fomentations at night.
Also needed from either Dr. Christopher's or Barefoot:
Red clover (bulk, wild crafted, cut)
Slippery elm (I'm thinking powder, since you have to make a paste of it and then thin it down and mix it in with your morning juice)
Kelp (you get dulce in with
Dr. Schulze 's Superfood)- this is for your iron. Just throw it into one of your juices, or if you're eating, sprinkle some on your salad.
Black walnut tincture- for your iodine. Barefoot has a newish
Iodine product he's made up that you put on the bottom of your feet. But I think it's still made from
Black-Walnut .
B&B tincture- Dr. Christopher mentions this in the video. You stick a drop in each ear at night and plug it up with cotton 6 nights a week. It's supposed to help the motor nerves and "open up" the spine.
Herbal calcium- both Dr. Christopher and Barefoot make some. Remember Dr. Christopher said every case of MD he ever saw was calcium deficient. I can certainly confirm this to be true in my case. If you listened to him, the problem is proper assimilation of minerals. We can take calcium supplements all day long (and I have!) but if it's inorganic calcium, our bodies will accept it, but they don't assimilate it. This goes for all of our minerals. So the dystrophy chick HAS to get her calcium from plants. ALL of our minerals have to be plant based.
Trace minerals- Now,
Dr. Schulze says his Superfood provides all the minerals we could ever want. But my sweetheart of a girlfriend Luella May, who co-moderates the Ask Tony Isaacs forum here on Curezone, swears by a product from CZ sponsor
Utopia-Silver , called 75 Minerals. These are all plant-based minerals. It comes in a liquid and in caps.
Colloidal Silver -
Utopia-Silver is most famous for its super high quality
Colloidal Silver . My friend and fellow Texan Ben Taylor owns the company. Dr. Christopher doesn't mention the use of silver, but I like it internally as an anti-bacterial and anti-viral, plus topically as a facial cleanser. If you use silver, you will want to take a probiotic with it. I'm going to have to do a massive environmental cleanup in my home, and I simply adore Utopia Natural's Silver Body Bar for washing my face and hands at the sink and for bathing.

Wheatgrass- I am 100% sold on the stuff. They SAY the best way to get it is to grow your own and juice it. I'm not there yet. lol So I like Pine's powdered wheatgrass.

If I can find a discount price somewhere, I'll let you know.
Bee pollen- mentioned briefly on the Christopher video. "It can only do good." Many agree. I looked for a carrier/vendor around Central Texas where I am, but I haven't found anyone yet. It seems to me you'd want "local" bee pollen if you can find it. In the meantime, I have used Beehive Botanicals and like their bee products:
http://www.beehivebotanicals.com/bee-pollen.html
I get the pollen granules in the bag.
Raw local honey- Just look in the phone book for beekeepers. There are several bee enthusiasts in my area. You might want to buy a little bit at first and see if you like their honey. I bought a gallon of raw mesquite honey last year and I didn't like it at all. I didn't throw it out, but yuck! I have a cool Indian lady here in Waco I like. I like my honey clean, but she says she's got one customer that likes to see comb and bee wings in hers. Now THAT's raw! lol Takes all kinds.
Wheat germ oil- as a part of the 3 oil massage. Dr. Christopher mentions Rex. lol I swear I'm going to be part horse.

Castor oil- I am quite familiar with this as I used it in my midwifery practice and on myself as a laboring mother. I am doing handstands right now knowing that Dr. Christopher only wants me to massage it into my skin and not DRINK the stuff. The mere thought of this makes me gag. Seriously. I've never ordered from these folks, but here is a place to try:

Olive oil- Pretty sacred stuff around my house! lol I want extra virgin 100% cold pressed organic olive oil. I want it in a dark glass bottle. I need a bottle to use for cooking- my family isn't raw, but is slowly coming around to healthier eating (Yay! Group hug!), and I need a bottle for massage. I also sometimes keep a tiny bottle of it in my purse for praying for people, but that's another story. :-D I get mine at my HEB grocery store.
Apple Cider Vinegar- Regulates HCl in the stomach. Bragg's, with the mother, is my favorite. I get it at HEB, too.
Blackstrap molasses- Tastes nasty, but full of iron. We want it unsulfured. Plantation is a good brand. Just add it to a glass of juice and it's not so bad. My HEB grocery store usually has it. If I can't find it with the pancake syrup, I can usually find it in the Central Market (health food) section.
This is a lot of stuff! It's going to take a while for everything to come in. What I can do in the meantime is go ahead and start doing some of the things already. I made up a daily schedule with everything in the program on it. I tailor-made the schedule for me, as a homeschooling mother with four teenaged children at home. I started eating live, raw, vegan food today. My kids made a strawberry-blueberry-banana smoothie and scarfed it before I got any. lol Gotta be fast around here! As things do start to come in, I can add them into the program. Once everything is in place, I can start the juice fast.
Oh, btw, I don't sell any of this stuff, and I don't work for anybody. I'm just passing on what I have tried and like or had some experience with.
Here's a sample daily schedule for Schulze's Incurables Program:
http://healingtools.tripod.com/incurprogsched.html
My schedule looks a lot different because I've got to teach, cook, clean, do the laundry, and cart kids everywhere. Can you say "delegate?" :-) Fortunately I am teaching my 17 year old how to drive, so that will help a lot. Man, trying to get a kid a driver's license in Texas these days is ANOTHER uphill battle!
Now, another thing I did today was to take a leap of faith and make doctor and dentist appointments. I'm getting a complete physical and will order a bunch of tests to see where my baseline of health is. Then I'm going to come back at 3,6,9, and 12 months to see if I've made any progress. That's the only way I can see to document if I am actually getting well.
As for the dentist, he's new, so I'm just going in for a cleaning and exam. If I like him, I'll talk to him about getting my mercury fillings out and having them replaced with plastic composite. I talked to the office gal in my former dentist's office today about getting my fillings replaced, and she said my dentist could do it, but it wasn't recommended. I told her I wanted the mercury out anyway, and she said she had a mouthful of mercury and it didn't bother her. I told her I might be having some mercury issues, and she started to set up an appointment. Then I found out my dentist doesn't accept the new dental plan we have. So I'm sad, because my family has been going to this dentist for 15 years.
I also set up an appointment for my little boy kittens to get the ol' snipperoo! lol
So you can see this program is no piece of cake. That's why Dr. Christopher says to do it step by step. This is going to be a complete life makeover for me. But it's going to be so awesome!
Hugs,
Donna
