Public urinals are a great idea. Urinals should be in every mens washroom too, even in our houses and esp in offices, just like in public washrooms.
THEY SAVE WATER.
Men with a spastic bladder problem - ~80% of men over 40 have it - go pee about a dozen or more times a day, often just little amounts. Flushing that 'tinkle' down with 20 gallons of water in the toilets is silly. Leave it is an option, but not in offices , a snooty cultural thing.
Its insane that we are having a water crisis, and yet we use over 200 gallons of water for about 10
oz of pee.
Urinals everywhere would help anxiety too. Boomers are getting old, urgent peeing facilites would help that - somewhere to piss anytime anywhere, just like in nature.
Now we just need to figger something out for the ladies, although they tend to piss larger amounts than men, so its not as bad a ratio of pee-to-fresh water. Could we ask them to let it hang out in public yet, or are we still too prudish, relating nudity, even partial nudity, to some sexually suggestive thoughts. Its so silly eh? I hear its a turn on for some, to see women urinating, but not me...

PS - about the spastic bladder, most peole are surprised to discover that if they DRINK A LOT MORE WATER , they actually pee less often. If something to do with toxins, the waste products, being too concentrated and triggering the bladder. Drink more, pee less often in larger amnounts.
What they often don't get is how much water is enough, and that its difficult to re-hydrate in one day. Pound that water back once in awhile!
