I started taking 75mg Iodoral starting yesterday, and today my goiter came back
whatz up with that? still not fatigue tho
for about 4 day in to taking Iodoral my goiter got little more tense and then all of a sudden I didnt have any so I thought it was gone but today, my goiter came back
any one know what the deal is here, I been reading alot on this forum but I cant seem to find an answer to that

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,234,325no worries. it wil go back down. i would take a little break and do a bunch of vitamin C for a few days to let it settle down. as a male, 50mg of iodoral should be enough for a while to let your body acclimate to its new found riches in iodine. unless youre doing something specific which requires more.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,234,376The TSH can deviate quite a bit once beginning iodine.( TSH is a blood test that heps measure thryoid activity. The also check T4 and T3 values.) But it seems to acclimate over time. The amount of time is dependent on the person and only blood work can tell you exactly when it has recovered to baseline.

yes Iam taking 600 mcg of selenium a day with multi vitamin
its gone again but I think it will come back since I just took another 2 (12.5) dose
