One thing that works very well:
long shower or foot soak to soften skin.
use a pumice stone to remove loose skin
coat and massage in castor oil (or coconut oil may do as well - they're both wonderful healers)
put on a cotton sock
put on sneakers
for extra penetration: wrap w/ plasic wrap or thin plastic bag
put on another sock
go to sleep or rest for a couple of hours.
This should have an overnight noticeable effect. Repeat as often as desired - it is also VERY soothing.

And, yes, I also agree w/Quinta Essentia: Good Oils must be included in daily diet.
(Sorry about the same advice except for the type of oil and soaking...)
