Zero loss and totally bloating.Yeehaw..Pms is great.
not really....I am hoping fasting through it pushes out the hormonal bloat faster.
Today is a food day. I may go for a walk or ride my bike.
Something relaxing whatever it is....
Maybe out for a tea...
