Yes, I was fairly certain that you meant to say 'confidential conversation' rather than 'privileged conversation' (I'm a bit of a nag when it comes to terms of art being used synonymously with everyday terms, even though it happens all the time, and most of us do it to some extent).
I just found it odd that you revealed confidential information while refusing to share the information that is public record (the IND under investigation, the lead researcher, the objectives of the trial, the conditions for which it is being studied, etc.) The fact that a drug is showing some success is also pretty useless without knowing what condition it's being tested on.
