Personally, I have had nothing but good results with UT and this is great since I have not bought any UT books.

I just got over my first cold since beginning UT four months ago. I am so pleased to make it through winter without getting sick.

Funny, I was this close to buying cold medicine for my runny nose and so I did. I had thrown out all my cold medicines and was a little bummed that here I was buying them again.

BUT, *POOF* my nose cleared! Cold be gone after only three days! Nothing more, only used my urine.

Lightest cold I have ever experienced.
