Hey Natalia, best idea you can only trial and error then see. I eat everything from onions, lettuce, fresh rocket salad,carrot asparagus, bell peppers,avocados cucumber, tomatoes and more.
I steam broccoli, kale, cauliflower, spinach and a few others.
What kind of probiotics are you going with? minus the price you cant beat custom probiotics minus cultured food IMO.
Getting rid of the fillings should give you a nice boost but i dont think it'll cure you, but you can always hope:)
