I am still fasting..Just got tired of posting every day hehe
I am about 130 now
I started at 141.0 ..kinda disappointing but i guess its about right... I usually don't lose more than a half pound per day... uggh so much weight still to lose though...I think I will do intermittent fasting when I lose a lil bit more... Fast all week take weekends off or for special outings that I get invited to. To me it screws it up though and sets you backwards. I just don't want to screw myself up by yo -yo ing back and forth between fasting and food.
Any thoughts anyone?
No I did water for one day ..I cant handle it..I felt like death and lost no weight...LOL. so I digress to my juice..hehe
Yea I was thinking about doing some raw food recipes when I am done..I Love the way the food tastes...and was just looking at the hemp protein powder at the Health food store I want to try out..It's funny I still have to buy food and its like window shopping to me..Oh I cant wait to try this and that it looks so yummy.
I still have more weight to lose though...I like to lose it all at once and go back to weight training and building my muscle up ..ugggh
Hey thanks for jumping down my throat there. In the beginning i had celery, sugar free jello and plain salad leaves to help with the hunger. But as days go by I no longer needed these things and havent had any of that for a LONG time probably 15 days ago. ( those are all NON calorie foods and I don't think they hindered my progress at all, It helped me get over the hump into the land of dont care about food. I would highly recommend it to fasters who just can't stick with it. Also there is very lil digestion going on with these 3 food items. So i dont call this a big deal) I mean sugar free jello? come on what's their to digest? practically melts in your mouth. I dunno)

The amount of weight I am losing is NORMAL for me. I have completed MANY FASTS and i never lose more than half a pound in a day or less....So doing a 29 day fast with oj and soaked almondes I lost 13 pounds or so.
Doing the master cleanse for 14 days I lost 10 pounds. Only really heavy people tend to lose alot more weight. As I am probably considered underweight so therefore my weight loss unfortunately will be alot slower than others.
Wait just a moment here. YOu are not being fair because ..I was not eating all day long...I was not eating even 100 calories a day ...not even 50 calories a day...and i certainly was not eating the first 10 days .....Out of the whole 25 days I might have had one sugar free jello for an entire day... or a few celery sticks another day ...or a plate of plain leaf salad another day ..certainly NOT all these things every single day all in one day for a duration... It was either one thing or the other and i did that for probably 4 days sporadically out of my ENTIRE FAST...so YES i do think i can say that today is day 26.
If I FRICKEN FASTED ALL DAY LONG and had ONE sugar free jello which btw has 10 calories in it... and that was it? sorry but that's not cheating ...
Or a piece of celery? which has net calories if any at all? a f**ING piece of celery? I HAVE NOT ATE ANY OF THESE THINGS EVERY SINGLE DAY DURING MY FAST ...IT was just a couple a days and I DID NOT EAT ALL THESE THINGS ALL DAY LONG...give me a break...I bet you just about every single person has cheated on their fast ...and did it with things that are absolutely forbidden...Like a piece of pizza or something. So i really think you are really a lil over the top..
How many fasts have you completed mind you? Sorry but you are inferiorating me. Because other than this I have strictly stuck to my fast i would have to say 98% of the time. Not many people can endure this much work. I think it is important psychologically if other's would like to try what I have done here . To get over the hump of WANTING food and to feeling hungry all the time. Which it does just that with very very minimal calories ..Its like eating nothingness. Ur just filling a void til u no longer need the crutch. So anyone who is weak minded and feel they cannot go on and make it past day 1 or 2 ..give my lil tricks a try and before you know it? Your appetite is gone and your sailing right through without even a piece of anything at all. after a few days i became dis interested in anything but liquids and I still feel that way. But ur making it sound like i am eating every day in which i am not. there were only very few days i did that in the very beginning of my fast.

you are a crazy...I have followed all my fasts to the "T" ....i have been here a long time and did them for detox not weight loss...
