I honestly do not know, but it very likely could. That sounds like something oleander might be good for, since lupus is an autoimmune disorder. If it were me, I would try it I wish I had known about it many years ago when my grandfather died of lupus. I can see no downside to trying it as there have been no damaging side effects and so many beneficial effects, including tremendous immune system stimulation. Some of the beneficial side effects reported have been amazing. Diabetes control, male impotence reversal, lessening of arthritis pain and most recently, reversal of thinning hair and baldness.
