Unless you have excellent digestion, and are not prone to tummy or intestinal problems, you may very well have trouble digesting fruit
and vegetables
together.
Most fruit should be eaten alone.
Even certain types of fruit should be eaten
by themselves (like melons for example, they shouldn't even be combined with
other types of melon.)
