Today I had to stop my fasting because family came to visit us.
I was not hungry, but it wasn't good to prepare food, sit and fast so I ate some salad and an apple.
I lost a total of 4 kilos and I feel great. I never felt weak during the fast, I guess it was because massaging face and neck with urine. I used old urine that I kept in a glass jar for several months, around 6. I kept it there, with a tap and i massaged every evening,and twice in the middle of the day with it. In the mornings I used fresh urine. The amonia of old one was strong, but when i take out the tap, i let it uncover for a minute. I set apart in one plane plate the one i was going to use and added a drop of a solution of propolis extract to take out the odor. It worked very well.
Some spots fade away from my skin and it is very soft. My teenage daughter uses also some of hers for
Acne and they dry fast.
Also I think the enemas contributed to feeling good.
I love to eat, but I prefer to fast for 3 or 4 days in order to go back to my weight when it goes up than being on diet. Of course I try to take care of eating healthy.
I eat meat once a week or every two weeks, and chicken and fish the rest of the time, lot of veggies and fruits, rice, etc., but before I fast I eat vegetables and fruits during 1 or 2 days. I think it also contributes to minimize the detox effects. Also when i finish my fasts I restart eating 1 or 2 days only with fresh fruits and vegetables.
The rest of the time I eat whatever I want, but I try to avoid spice foods and chili (which I like very much)as well as too much oily food in order to maintain my colon healthy.
I can say that fasting has become a part of my life. It renews, it also is relaxing, and very spiritual. I recomend it. It's difficult the firsts times, but after is much easier. I love it.
