Almost a half pound gone today. Making this the new lowest weight ever!(133)
I am really liking this way of doing things. It doesnt really cramp into regular life, I dont get too detox sick as the day of food slows my detox a bit, And the weight has been a steady decrease all week without any exercise.
All my thigh bumps&lumps are totally gone. I never had anything like fasting reduce cellulite. I got rid of it before when I was much heavier but it came back recently a touch. My joints feel all nice and floppy and gummy instead of stiff again.None of my pants fit anymore without a belt. They just fall down!
My skin is starting to do the "fasting glow" where it seems to return to the state I was as a baby. (creamy even tone with very red lips)With this "I.F. Plan" I am not really having the breakouts to the degree I did with strait longer fasts in the past.
It is also tightening up. I used to have wrinkle of skin on my lower tum from being a big girl and it has become just a crease that flattens now. Which really makes me happy as that wrinkle made me upset. I had a crap stomach and no excuse for it and it wasnt like I had a baby or anything. But...anyway..its gone.My granny arm flappers are gone as well! Which is nice because its a problem area for me even when thin.

I never fast long. I just cant without a food meal unless I want to feel really sick.
Which I dont...so...I am not going to try that anymore unless I have another health crisis. (thing that got me to fast in the first place)
I think when I hit the 120s or a stall in loss I am going to whip out the measure tape to see my stats. Sometimes the body shrinks but the scale stays the same. So if anyone is on a stall or wants to watch some more number in the personal reduction its a nice additional motivator.
